Your Role and Responsibilities A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

The SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Lead is responsible for leading the successful design and delivery of SAP OTC solutions for IBM Global Business Services.
The OTC consultant will define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.
This position provides leadership and oversight of the OTC objectives and policies, procedures.
You will assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing.
You will provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
You will participate in pursuing client sales opportunities, working on bid & proposal efforts, design activities and gap analysis.
Job Responsibilities Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
Customize and configure OTC processes.
Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, including budget, resources and timeline planning.
Identify appropriate services and align all solutions with business and IT solution owners.
Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S/4 Hana and SCM.
Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
Understand and act as a Subject Expert in SAP OTC and SCM and the best practices and Industry Trends.
Understand the technical requirements of a solution and design with best of class.
Support project organization for integration- and user acceptance testing.
Maintain alignment with client's business strategy, drivers, and goals.
Ensure that the solutioning of client engagement enhances the customer's competitive advantage, whilst meeting profit and quality targets for IBM.
Support the continuous refinement of IBM's services, including internal and external marketing, maturation/training of methods, tools, and points of view, as well as integration with IBM's other services and products for synergistic value.
