About the Project:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) expert to join our team for a 6-month contract based in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves driving the commissioning, implementation, and stabilization of the SAP MDG tool within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP MDG tool, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.Oversee the commissioning process, including configuration, data modeling, and system integration.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.Ensure the stabilization and optimization of SAP MDG post-implementation, addressing any technical issues or gaps.Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure effective adoption and usage of the tool.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.Deliver timely project updates, documentation, and reports to management and stakeholders.Requirements: Proven expertise in SAP MDG with a successful track record of tool implementation and stabilization projects.Strong understanding of master data governance principles, processes, and frameworks.Hands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, and workflow management.Familiarity with integration technologies and experience in working with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).Ability to operate effectively as a Freelancer or Interim Manager with a results-driven mindset.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.What We Offer: Opportunity to work on a high-impact project in an international setting.Competitive contract terms through Robert Walters.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Flexibility to balance on-site and remote work arrangements.If you are an SAP MDG expert looking for your next exciting challenge in Barcelona, we'd love to hear from you!
