Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with AnalyticsCommon analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost managementTransversal data consolidation as well as more granular analysesCommon budget tools by GBUFacilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS)Support SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approach (e.g. P2P fully covered by integrated Group solutions from eBuy to AP Invoicing, T&E, etc.)Opportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.g. Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.g. T&E)Support reporting factoriesSimplifying processes and Sanofi users' experienceState-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user's experienceMajor changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at onceOne source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control frameworkImproved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodologyJOB SUMMARY The ITS Expert - SHIFT Technical Integration is responsible for supporting technical team members on organizing, documenting, and structuring their activities consistently across domains.
He/she will work closely with the EA team from contribution to position peers till communication and support to SHIFT technical teams.
He/she will ensure functional teams follow core best practices and guidelines by reading FS and suggesting improvements.
He/She will work closely with tech teams' members to ensure technical knowledge is acquired to support functional teams, and she will suggest technical evolution based on feedback/discussion with functionals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and Improve Read and understand the Enterprise Architecture guidelinesMaster SHIFT technical methodologies, approach, and tools to support functional designRead/review Functional Specifications and identify non-conformity to guidelinesSuggest improvements to templates and core modelsParticipate in process improvement initiatives leading to defining process performance key indicators, supporting measurements, and final process performance reporting designWork on Application Lifecycle Management tools integration points – on both, technical and process layersCollect and define critical processes related knowledge for ChatBOT creationCommunicate and Support Drive the technical documentation process and lifecycle by proposing consistent structure and improving SharePoint folders, presentations, and core documents (in format and content)Maintain intranet site, links to promote activities inside and outside the teamFacilitate and animate meetings, collect regular feedback from the team, external partners, and businessEnsure the repository of deliverables is up-to-date and accurateMaintain and evolve ChatBOT used inside the projectDevelop Provide comprehensive reporting and Visual Management dashboards using state-of-the-art BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, SAP BO, and others)REQUIREMENTS Expertise in SAP Basis and other relevant technologiesStrong understanding of integration principles and practicesProven experience in creating and implementing technical guidelinesAbility to lead a multi-disciplinary team effectivelyExcellent documentation and communication skillsDesirable Skills: Experience with external partnersKnowledge of various integration methods, both with and without developmentStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesAt Sanofi, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity.
