Sanofi is globally deploying its new back-office cross-functional system processes - covering Finance, SBS, Supply Chain and Trade across all GBUs - through the implementation of a Global ERP (SHIFT project) using SAP S4/HANA technology.
Main responsibilities: Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics Facilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS) Simplifying processes and Sanofi users' experience State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user's experience Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology About you Experience: Expertise in SAP Basic and other relevant technologies. Strong understanding of integration principles and practices. Proven experience in creating and implementing technical guidelines. Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team effectively. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of various integration methods, both with and without development. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Languages: Fluent spoken and written English Why choose us?
