Ensuring the proper most effective rollout plan to the organizationKey Roles And ResponsibilitiesProcess Owner and governance for end-to-end ERP processes globally for Finance and Accounting in S4/HANA and integrated applicationsLead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects, from requirements gathering, design, go live, change management and hypercareProvide expertise in the design and implementation of financial processes to meet business requirementsIT Partner to internal customers and external partners for all topics to do with FICO and core business processesImprove efficiency and productivity of business processesAssurance of Compliance with business process templates and standardsManage outsourced servicesResponsibility for the global platforms including approvals for new requirements and change requestsTake over the optimization and further development of our business processes and their mapping in our SAP system in close cooperation with our IT-service provider..Demonstrate strong relationship management skills to ensure users and IT collaborate cross-functionally.Keep track of upcoming demands from business, pre-qualify and prioritize new projects and change-requests.RequirementsDeep understanding of ERP applications and end to end core business processesExpert knowledge in the following modules in SAP S/4: SAP-FI General ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), SAP-CO-Product Costing (CO-PC) and CO-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Hands-on experience in solving process challenges an SAP S/4HANA platform, focusing on business process excellenceExcellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, and financial management, order to cash and procurement processesFluent in English (written and spoken)Must be able react and successfully handle difficult situations.Must be able to work under limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary.Must be well organized and detail oriented.University degree (Bachelor or advanced degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field)8+ professional experience, ideally in large or mid-sized internationally active companyExperience in managing business applications & implementing IT solutionsExcellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, and financial management.Experience in cross-functional integrationHigh level of analytical thinking as well as conceptual and communicative strengths.Solution-oriented thinking and pragmatism in executionBenefitsThe total rewards that you receive as a Master Builder Solutions employee go way beyond a paycheck.
