Required Skills/Abilities: Worked on ECC, S4HANA platform and have experience in multiple End-to-End Implementations. Must have at least 7 to 9 years Invoice Management experience with SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM), Concur Invoices and OpenText VIM and be able to lead a team individually with right Delivery. The successful candidate must have proven, successful experience in all aspects in designing of Invoice Management from requirements gathering to implementation and post go-live activities. Should have good Communication Skills and have the right attitude in dealing with Business and Client. Mandatory Skills and Responsibilities: Define OpenText strategy for customer on ECC or S4HANA Managing customer relationships and clearly documenting all interactions Reviewing customer's Processes and verifying scope within SAP Landscape Lead the Business Process and Invoice Management Architecture design sessions; Create functional specifications for development requirements. Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and testing to support the design sessions and to fulfil the customer's business requirements. Design and document the required configurations for the Invoice Management solution(s) per the blueprint, including documenting test results, and support go-live efforts. Recommend best practices for configuring Invoice Management considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance, and stability. Work closely with end users to design the proper Invoice Management solution(s) to support defined business processes and business requirements. Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end users to understand Invoice Management Provide support for applicants to include problem identification, reporting, tracking analysis and resolution. Provide continuous feedback on project status and offer constructive options to ensure project continues to meet original expectations. Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations. Strong implementation knowledge on OCR Components, CIM, Concur Invoices, VIM, BC and IES all Version service pack patches. Should have knowledge on Inbound channels Enterprise Scan/ Scanner, Email, IDOC, Document pipeline, Concur and Ariba setting to Open text. Desirable: At least a few years of solid business process knowledge and business process blueprinting experience Strong skills in SAP workflow and ABAP Programming desirable Working Knowledge in SAP FI/MM modules (Technical) and business processes. Some experience with SAP Fiori and Web services. Should have Knowledge on Open text automation sales order, delivery note, remittance advices, order confirmations. Should have knowledge on Archive/Content Server, IES/ BCC Server. Have experience on Open text components for invoices solutions upgrade.
