Experience on Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) would be really valuable. Database management, JAVA, knowledge on Web Technologies (specially JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards) is a plus. Knowledge on SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is also a plus.The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.Main Responsibilities:Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi & SCPI & PtP (ECP)Onboard new customersParticipate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issuesShare estimates and planning of the work with customerAdapts and parametrizes the technical solution for the requirements providedResolves issues within SLA's and with high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor processes to ensure 100% ratio of successful transactionsImplement new solutions (Interfaces)Perform unit test and system integration testSupport the client on the functioning of the interfaceWork on multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsure proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production)Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfacesCollaborate with other Strada teams to deliver customer related activitiesCustomer Micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, SFTP, CR's, Meetings...)Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL)Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational..
