Job description :We are seeking a results-driven SAP consultant with experience in Engineering to Order to join our SAP system integration business focused on the Industrial industries: engineering, heavy equipment, trains or shipbuilding, aerospace and defense, construction, or similar.To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of business processes of SAP project systems (PPM, PS, CPM), engineering (eBOM, mBOM, engineering change mgmt.and manufacturing (PP, PEO), IT system integration with PLM and MES systems, as well as the ability to accurately design and document SAP processes.Upon joining IPT SAP practice in Europe for Industrial, you will have the opportunity to develop further your career as SAP Solution Architect for Manufacturing across Europe.Key Responsibilities :As an SAP for Engineering to Order expert in the Industrial industry, you will:Deliver International / Global Projects within an agile environment.Carry out Client Facing activities such as Pre-Sales / Origination, Discovery WorkshopsConduct SAP assessment and roadmap definition.Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.Carry out E2E solution Architecture and Lifecycle (including non-functional requirements and operations) management.Execute E2E Solution Design principles - Prototyping, Usability testing, and data visualization literacy.You will bring a creative and innovative mindset to your work and clients while ensuring the highest quality work delivered on time.Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches in the delivery.Develop and configuring customized SAP solutions.Deploy SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.Perform thorough documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.Necessary Knowledge / Skills :We're looking for a passion for SAP Technology and Program and Solution Governance, a desire for self-improvement, results and growth-oriented mind together with a strong work ethic.Experience in large SAP driven transformation projects in Engineering to Order Industrial or similar industries.Possess a strong Functional knowledge of SAP ECC and / or S / 4 HANA for Engineering to Order business Archetype: SAP EPPM suite (PPM, PS-CO, CPM), SAP PP, SAP PEO.Have good communication skills to understand and deliver client requirements.SAP-accredited or certified experience.Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Outstanding commercial and communication skills.Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset.
