Position: SAP HCM PY Consultant
Location: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland (remote)
Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies. Role They have an extensive knowledge and experience in at least one module of SAP HR and euHReka. They are responsible to guarantee the correct operation of the applications and a level of optimal performance.
They actively participate in the activities of training and knowledge transfer.
They work in narrow collaboration with other teams of NGA to determine the optimal solution of Human Resources.
Responsibilities In addition to the tasks common to all NGA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the serviceHas knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etcPlans the parametrization and define business based on the taking of requirementsMonitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirementsResolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the applicationMonitors integrated testingCompletes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirementsProvides training on those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledgeDetects potential riskEncourages the education of the people in the teamHas a global view of the application from the functional point of viewHaving a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledgeEnsures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific countryIs a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR and euHRekaAble to take decisions autonomouslyRequired Skills: In addition to the common skills for all NGA employees, the specific requirements for this position are:
