What You'll DoYou strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Service & Support department, especially in HR Systems, more specific, in SAP HCM & Success Factors platforms.You support our HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions Experts colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland and other companies in the Schwarz Group with troubleshooting.You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets.Your activities also include close cooperation with the specialist departments and the internal and external development departments.If necessary, you train the local support departments with specially created training sessions.Continuous optimization of the support processes and operation is one of the focus on your day- to- day.You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in HR Systems.You are the service contact person for application supportWhat You'll NeedDesired University degree in Information Technology or similarYou have already professional experience in Support tasks or IT projectsIdeally you have experience handling Support Ticketing SystemsKnowledge in SAP HCM is nice to haveFluent English and GermanIt motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topicsYou are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimizationYou enjoy working in an international teamYou are results oriented, and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulnessKnowledge in ITIL is a plus.What We OfferOur employees are important to us: we will hire you in a permanent position.Training: We will train you intensively in SAP HCM & Success Factors areas as well as in other competences that will help you grow professionally.Responsibility: You will have your area of responsibility as main expert on some areas.Team: You will work in a motivated international team and achieve great things togetherSecurity: You benefit from a secure job in a dynamic retail companyWe look forward to receiving your application.
