Eviden Spain is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant. What Impact You Can Make: As an SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll at Eviden Spain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM and Spanish Payroll customization. Your contributions will directly impact our client interactions, problem resolution, and the overall efficiency of our projects.
Role and Responsibilities: Handle customization related to Spanish Social Insurance Communications and Legal Spanish Tax Reports.Perform consulting tasks within the HCM Payroll module, including requirements gathering, functional analysis, parameterization, documentation, and testing.Engage in direct client communication, identifying issues, estimating resolutions, and proposing effective approaches for problem-solving.Collaborate with the resolution team, contributing to the development of test plans, executing testing procedures, and creating comprehensive documentation.Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Spanish Payroll or in at least 2 AMS projects.Knowledge of Schemes & Rules for Payroll customization.Familiarity with Spanish Social Insurance Communications and Legal Spanish Tax Reports.Desirable knowledge in HCM ABAP Development functions.Fluent in English with native proficiency in Spanish.Candidate must be legally authorized to work in Spain. Half-day Fridays.Intensive workday during the summer.Personalized training and upskilling program.
