We are looking for a SAP HCM Project Manager to join for to join one of our clients, located in Madrid (with occasional travel to Switzerland). What you are like: A completed degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in project management, particularly with SAP HCM systems or large IT decommissioning projects. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects involving multiple interfaces and stakeholders. Familiarity with SAP and cloud systems; knowledge of AD, IAM, IAS, Identity Management among others is a plus. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on risk management and problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Fluent in spoken and written English; German is an advantage. Prior experience in managing SAP projects, particularly HCM system decommissioning, is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in supervising external partners and managing cross-functional teams.
