You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget. You will focus on the more technical aspects of the projects, like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination / participation in development work. You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will co-ordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring the integration with other processes / teams.You will manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution and quality control.
