We are part of the Otto Group and share a value system that focuses on responsible and sustainable action.What will you do?- IT Consultant tasks in the area of SAP HCM with focus on master data/organizational management.- Ensuring ongoing operations and implementation of customer requirements in SAP HCM (ex. Rollout new companies).- Adjustment of the system settings in SAP HCM PA/OM.- Coordination of internal and external colleagues to ensure the implementation of the scheduled tasks planned every 3 months.What's your story?- Experience with SAP HCM in PA and OM modules and customizing.- Experience working with customers problem-solving SAP HCM.- At least 4 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant.- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM: application and user support especially in the areas of master data/organizational management as well as the connections/dependencies to the related modules (Time Management and Payroll Accounting).- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Organizational and very good communication skills.- Good English skills, written and spoken.Nice to have:- Experience in the implementation and support in SAP HCM projects and modules.- Experience in ABAP programming.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.- Experience with interface development and integration.- Knowledge of data migration and conversion.ContactAlba GarcíaOtto Group Solution Provider Spain S.L.Carrer de Pasqual i Genís 1, 2a planta, puerta 2 | 46002 Valenciaalba.Garciagomez(at)ottogroup.Com#J-18808-Ljbffr
