SAP S4/HANA Finance Team Leaden hibrido.Hays is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for aSAP S4/HANA Finance Controlling Team Lead .FunctionsShe/he will work closely with Key Business stakeholders related to Finance and Controlling located across geographically distributed sites.
She/he is responsible for the design and execution of the S/4HANA components under the Finance and Controlling business processes following the working principles agreed with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the System Integrator (SI) and under the supervision of the S4/HANA Program Director.ResponsibilitiesDefine the integration approach between S4/HANA Finance and non-SAP Apps.Maintain existing functionality, discuss potential improvements, and apply them into the system if approved after the System Integrator (SI) warranty period.RequirementsEnglish is the program language (oral and written); Spanish is a plus.Strong experience in designing and delivering SAP transformation projects in Finance Controlling.Strong SAP Finance Controlling capabilities and knowledge to work with 3rd parties on executing an SAP roadmap blueprint definition, functional specification, and module(s) configuration (WRICEF).Experience with S4/H tenant CI/CD (OT), data migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, and User Administration.Strong experience working in a complex multi-country, multi-cultural matrix environment.Effective team player working both within and outside the IS/IT organisation.Leadership capabilities and ability to effectively interact with both the Business Teams and IS/IT colleagues.Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with business and other key stakeholders.Can communicate (verbally and written) clearly and effectively to different levels in the organisation and to third parties.We offerCompetitive SalaryPermanent contractStable ProjectHybrid mode (Alcobendas) (3-2)Office hours SAP, HANA#J-18808-Ljbffr
