What you'll do
- Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for projects that enhance volume, velocity, value, and scalability within the Midmarket business
- Implement and drive forward sponsored projects to improve the business in key dimensions with a focus on digital sales.
- Actively test and measure the effectiveness of projects to ensure they meet set objectives and targets
- Identify and leverage new technologies and tools that can support and enhance digital sales efforts
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of projects, and make data-driven recommendations for further improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital sales and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Midmarket business
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new territories
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within SAP
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and technologies is a plus
