Performing regular process data analysis, monitor KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities.
Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics - especially, data collection, processing and reporting.
Support running, adapting and evolving reporting and operations.
Support creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns.
Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management.
Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders.
Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision makers & key participants in full transparency.

We are looking for a colleague who has/is: Graduate of a university with up to 3 years after graduation in related fields: Business, Finance, Economics, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Preferably understanding Cloud Technology.
Project Management basic knowledge.
High level of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite - especially, advanced skills in MS Excel.
Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details.
