Bring out your best What you'll doStreamlining & standardizing processes' objectives and priorities inside the digital solution advisory team.Performing regular process data analysis, monitor KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities.Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics - especially, data collection, processing and reporting.Support running, adapting and evolving reporting and operations.Support creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns.Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management.Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders.Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision makers & key participants in full transparency.What you bringWe're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres and stays curious.

We are looking for a colleague who has/is:
