- Scope Management: Oversee the Pipe and Forecast of the entire Business Line (SF; DMI, WFM, PY, AMS, Architect, etc.) in line with the Tribes of the country.
- Participate on DAB (if required) to ensure proper estimations/assumptions are set on Int.
- Offering KPIs Utilization P&L; Set up of stream goals to achieve in terms of knowledge collaborating with Academy.
- Ensure the skill matrix is updated for his/her business line.
- Enable Community between Tribes and connection of the consultants in Int.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the assignation of resources in the Bz line, together with the Tribe Leads and Global Staffing.
- Ensure the workload and maintain the necessary capacities in the Global together with Staffing management and the rest of Tribes.
- Raise capacity needs to Global Staffing for Hiring in line with the other Tribes capacity.
- Customer Relationship Support: Pre-sales and Sales on Int.
- Responsible for process improvement & quality assurance together with Internal Stakeholders.
- Contribute to SAP Tiger Team quarterly on Business area roadmap, progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local Tribes, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into overall design and definitions.
- Support on Presales - Marketing Material in line with the other Tribes in the countries (Offering, Templates, pricing, estimations, SOW, etc.).
- Ensure Demo Environments Set-up and maintenance with the other Tribes in the countries and Int. Pre-sales.
- Support Pre-Sales on Demos preparation & execution when they lack capacity or local knowledge.
- Validation of figures and numbers for RFPs/RFIs.
- Manage business development on his/her Business line together with the other country Tribes
