Join an exciting project with the client, focused on maintaining and advancing their SAP R/3 system in the Finance (FI) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA) modules. The project tackles cross-module issues spanning CO, MM, and SD, with a strategic focus on transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA. You will play a key role in delivering expert consulting, strategic advice, and project management to enhance the company's financial IT architecture, ensuring its readiness for future technological advancements. Responsibilities : SAP FI and FI-AA Expertise : Analyze the current configuration and develop target configurations for the company's SAP R/3 system in the FI and FI-AA modules. S/4 HANA Transition : Provide strategic consulting and develop solution options for the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA. Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders across business units, ensuring smooth communication and the successful gathering of information. Workshops & Audits : Organize and lead workshops and audits related to SAP FI and FI-AA modules. What We're Looking For : Experience & Expertise : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and FI-AA, with documented experience in configuration management. Experience in managing SAP-related projects, particularly in financial systems. Certifications : SAP FI-AA certification for SAP R/3. SAP S/4 HANA certification (customizing). Technical Skills : Minimum of 5 years of experience in process consulting and process models, including agile methodologies like Scrum and SaFe. Strong configuration management skills across SAP FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, SD, and S/4 HANA. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in complex projects. Language Skills : Proficient in English (written and spoken), equivalent to B2 level or higher. Proficient in German (written and spoken), equivalent to B2 level or higher Preferred Qualifications : Experience : At least 8 years of experience in SAP FI, FI-AA, and related modules (CO, MM, SD) with proven involvement in a minimum of 5 relevant projects. Extensive experience with S/4 HANA, including certifications and involvement in at least 5 related activities. Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and business models. Skills : Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to moderate workshops and discussions effectively. Proven ability to organize work and manage projects efficiently in an international context.
