Our team now consists of over 350 HR and HRIS professionals with a strong focus on HR technology, but we continue to grow and expand into new markets, geographies and new digital HR services. **Are you ready to join our Team?****What will be your responsibilities?**:- Application Management SAP HCM for the modules PA/PY or PT (Personal administration, payroll, or time management)- Conception, realization, and quality assurance of customer requirements- Consulting existing and new customers- Collaboration in projects to implement new requirements of the customers.- Identification, analysis, creation and implementation of solution concepts- Documentation of implemented requirements, execution of functional tests and troubleshooting- Ensure the continuity and correct functioning of implemented processes, systems, and tools.- You are working on continuous improvement to develop and maintain the system.**Profile and skills**:- You have 5-10 years of Professional experience as a consultant or module administrator in SAP HCM PA, PY- Very good knowledge of customizing the relevant SAP HCM modules- Good knowledge in the creation and further development of schemas and rules for payroll- You have a very solid knowledge of (SAP) **Belgian or German **payroll and/or time management.- You are a passionate person who strives for maximum customer satisfaction.- You can work autonomously, and you are well organized.- You have good verbal and written communication skills.- You are known for your problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.- You have excellent analytical skills.- You have a high understanding and can easily communicate in English.- Speaking **Dutch or German **is a big plus.**Working at Adessa Group means **- An exciting job in a fast-growing pan European company.- A flexible, friendly, and young working environment.- Remote work is feasible- Continuous learning opportunities.- Being involved in a wide range of local and international projects.- Fun at work!
