Job Profile The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey.
This team is responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams.
As a Digital Sales Development Manager, you will work with and develop a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow our SuccessFactors HCM footprint across all industries.
You will be focusing on SAP's solution area described below.
Solution Specialization Human experience management (HCM) provides organizations with the tools and technology to enable meaningful, productive, and personal employee experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks The Sales Development Manager manages a team of Sales Development resources whose mission is to extend SAP's market coverage by generating new pipeline for SAP solutions.
Your responsibilities include: Sales Strategy: - Communicate SAP's overall Sales & Marketing Strategy to all stakeholders- Identify key areas of the Inside Sales route-to-market- Ensure implementation of processes for Lead Generation, Demand Generation and Deal Execution Sales Management: - Responsible for coverage and execution of entire territory- Oversee recruitment, development and management of the Sales Development Executives (SDE)- Manage and drive sales execution according to business targets Pipeline and Demand Management: - Ensure healthy pipeline is in place for assigned area of responsibility- Regularly review the pipeline and communicate progression Campaign Execution & Lead Management: - Plan, build and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers- Supports target business segment Sales team in top deals Experience and Language Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience.
Fluency in English required.
Master or equivalent business experience.
