This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to define and lead our Digital Core practice, drive innovation, and expand our footprint in existing and new markets.
The SAP Digital Core Practice Director is going to be responsible for several areas: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for SAP Digital Core, focusing on S/4HANA modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement and areas such as Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Process Modelling, etc. Build thought leadership through events, publications, and partnerships.Business Development: Drive business growth by crafting proposals, building SAP partner networks, identifying opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.Practice Management: Ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, represent the company in executive forums, and lead a high-performing team.Functional Engagement: Take on key roles, such as Solutions Architect or Program Director, to guide complex implementations and ensure success.Your skills and experience: Expertise in SAP Digital Core solutions: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its key modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement).Strategic vision: Proven experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, as well as building and growing a consulting practice.Business development acumen: Strong background in presales, proposal creation, and driving revenue through innovative solutions.Leadership experience: Demonstrated success managing large accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Technical and functional knowledge: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, aligning emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, machine learning) with SAP capabilities.Communication skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities (additional languages are a plus).Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project demands.Our promise: Opportunities to take on a pivotal leadership role and shape the direction of our Digital Core Practice.A partnership culture with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity for partnership or co-ownership.Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, social benefits, etc.).An inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment.Environment of open communication, trust and regular feedback.International company culture and minimal hierarchical structure.Hybrid working model and good work-life balance.Interested?
