**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The SAP Data Management Lead is responsible for leading the successful design and delivery of SAP Data Management solutions for IBM Global Business Services. The data management and Analytics consultant will define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes. This position provides leadership and oversight of the Data Governance objectives and policies, procedures.
You will assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing. You will provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.You will participate in pursuing client sales opportunities, working on bid & proposal efforts ,design activities and gap analysis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing. Customize and configure Master data management with expertise in implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Understand and act as a Subject Expert in SAP MDM and the best practices and Industry Trends. Understand the technical requirements of a solution and design with best of class
- Manage SAP MDM Solution implementations, including budget, resources and timeline planning
- Identify appropriate services and align all solutions with business and IT solution owners
- Support project organization for integration

- Maintain alignment with client's business strategy, drivers, and goals
- Ensure that the solutioning of client engagement enhances the customer's competitive advantage, whilst meeting profit and quality targets for IBM
- Supporting the continuous refinement of IBM's services, including internal and external marketing, maturation/training of methods, tools, and points of view, as well as integration with IBM's other services and products for synergistic value. Harvest, share and present intellectual capital from past and parallel engagements.
