We are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer (x|f|m) for our global eShop, website, and related platforms in the IT Digital Customer Experience department. You will be located in Madrid, Spain, with the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis. In this position, you will be responsible for managing first- and second-level incidents, ensuring a flawless user experience for our internal and external customers, as well as enabling the stable operation of our eCommerce platforms.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Manage incidents of eShop, website, and related platforms. Collect and analyze information on vulnerabilities (sifting, classifying, bundling, and forwarding to responsible parties). Consult operations team on how to eliminate vulnerabilities. Process information and prepare overviews for IT security experts and management. Cross-departmental cooperation with other IT security experts, application- and system administrators. Contribute to improvements in process design and operations as well as the development of the platforms. You have a degree in computer science or a comparable degree. You are experienced in working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). You already have professional experience from a developer position. Ideally, you bring in first professional experience in the eCommerce and digital marketing solutions environment. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and good coordination skills. You have strong communication skills in English. An occasional willingness to travel internationally rounds off your profile.
