Position Summary
The SAP Business One Activation Specialist will foster this ecosystem and act as a centralized point of contact for these partners. Providing support at scale, they will proactively engage with this community using digital tools to ensure they are up to date on relevant product information, SAP events, key benefits within the SAP PartnerEdge program, and more. They will also help partners build brand awareness and navigate within SAP internally.
Duties and Responsibilities Share relevant information about the product roadmap, learning content, and important updates.Provide regular PartnerEdge program guidance and operational support.Help partners maximize the value of their partnership.Manage proactive services and targeted campaigns at scale.Understand technology trends and SAP strategy to influence partner product and GTM strategy.Act as a liaison between internal SAP stakeholders, Business One technical support teams, and partners.Foster a sense of partner community.Required Skills/Experience A talented professional with minimum 3+ years' experience in support, marketing, sales, or Partner Management roles.Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA/master's degree or equivalent preferred.Service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Team player as well as the ability to work independently, learn, and adapt quickly.Advanced English required, both written and spoken.We win with inclusion
