Job Responsibilities:Supporting our business departments through consulting, process analysis and design as well as customizing up to the successful implementation of new IT solutions.Development of custom-fit, innovative solutions tailored to business requirements and optimization of existing SAP solutions to ensure the smooth performance of the SAP SD and CS modules.Processing support requests via the ticket system (2nd and 3rd level support).Supporting tests and training in cooperation with the relevant key users.Helping to shape our IT landscape of tomorrow in interdisciplinary and international projects.Responsible participation in worldwide rollouts and projects up to (partial) project management.Requirements: You have successfully completed a degree (in the field of computer science) or completed training in IT or have a comparable qualification.You have several years of experience in supporting the modules mentioned above.You have project experience in the SAP environment, ideally also programming knowledge in the SAP environment.You have experience in analyzing complex issues.You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people.Very good English skills round off your profile.
