Ensure good service to users and SLA complianceMonitoring and control of all relevant system parameters, update control, database monitoring, performance check, health check, interface check for IDoc, RFC, SMTP.Supervising SAP Security, transport changes between SAP systems via Solution Manager.Provision of evaluations and support internal and external (SOX) audits.Planning, execution and coordination of SAP patches, release changes, system copies and OS patching together with our hosting partner.Contact person in all relevant areas of SAP Instance Management and consultant to find solutions and solve problemsWork closely with other Flowserve IT teams and 3rd party support and hosting partners.Planning and execution of ERP Governance call to discuss and approve changes for SAP Legacy and S4 Landscape.Maintain application and database versions at the most recent version possibleManage and supervise system documentation, CMDB recordsEnsure full compliance with applicable policiesOther duties as assignedYour profile:Proficient/fluent in English language
