Your role: Ensure operation of all SAP systems (multiple SAP instances, complex SAP S4 and ECC landscape, (DEV/QA/PROD)) Manage incidents of the respective SAP instances, ensure and monitor rapid and correct processing of IT tickets and tickets from the hosting partner. Ensure good service to users and SLA compliance Monitoring and control of all relevant system parameters, update control, database monitoring, performance check, health check, interface check for IDoc, RFC, SMTP. Supervising SAP Security, transport changes between SAP systems via Solution Manager. Provision of evaluations and support internal and external (SOX) audits. Planning, execution and coordination of SAP patches, release changes, system copies and OS patching together with our hosting partner. Contact person in all relevant areas of SAP Instance Management and consultant to find solutions and solve problems Work closely with other Flowserve IT teams and 3rd party support and hosting partners. Planning and execution of ERP Governance call to discuss and approve changes for SAP Legacy and S4 Landscape. Maintain application and database versions at the most recent version possible Manage and supervise system documentation, CMDB records Ensure full compliance with applicable policies Other duties as assigned Your profile: Proficient/fluent in English language.
