Sap Backend Process Lead - Digital Solutions (F/M/D)

Job description:We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled digital expert with specialized expertise in the area of eCommerce. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible the development and implementation of our SAP backend process solutions in SAP to enable our customer-facing, digital platforms.Responsibilities:Lead the development, implementation, and operation of SAP backend process solutions that enable our customer-facing, digital platforms (incl. eCommerce).Revamp our current self-service capabilities for consignment, returns and complaints, making sure the integration with SAP is built properly.Evolve the Product Information Management process in the eCommerce area by optimizing the SAP integration and improving customer experience.Partner with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions considering the existing system/application landscape.Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of technology solutions.Provide training and support for end-users for new functionalities and processes.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies driving innovation in the area of eCommerce.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of experience managing SAP back-end solutions, including experience in a global role.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with agile methodologies.Good understanding of O2C (order-to-cash) processes in SAP, including supporting processes like consignment, returns, complaints.In-depth knowledge of core SAP SD functionality, including pricing, availability, customer and product master data, etc.Proficiency in Product Information Management processes and technologies (i.e. SAP Commerce Cloud).Experienced with the integration of external systems/applications with SAP through interfaces/APIs.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.Employment Type:Full TimeAlternative Locations:Spain : MadridTravelPercentage:0 - 20%Requisition ID: 13417#J-18808-Ljbffr
