Our client is a leading Professional Services Organization. They require an SAP ABAP Manager.Please note that up to 30%travel may be required. This is a Permanent position, NOT a contract.Experience managing small to mid size development teams of 2-10 developersSAP ABAP or NetweaverXIDevelopment, plus custom development experience such as JAVA or .NetSuperior written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with remote teamsExperience in trouble shooting, performance tuning, writing technical specifications from functional design specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to support pre-sales and perform development estimatesExperience with other programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, XML, HTML and UNIX ShellExperience with middleware tools such as Microsoft Biztalk, Mercator and WMQ IExperience in SAP modules such as FI , CO , MM, SD, PP, PS is beneficialPost-implementation support experienceBachelor's Degree with additional business certification is highly preferredExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsExperience in working with remote teamsAbility to handle multiple clients and multiple tasks with confidenceAbility to develop project estimates and work plansAbility to complete tasks within budget and timelinesAbility to follow development processes, standards, and guidelinesKnowledge or experience with CMM is beneficial NetWeaver XIand/or SAP ABAP certificationIf you're not interested, but know someone who is, please help a current or former colleague in their career development by referring them.
