The position requires German language skills at least at the B2 level.Context:The "Argo" project is part of a strategic initiative to upgrade the SAP landscape within the rail system network. The current SAP ECC system will no longer be maintained by SAP after 2027, making it necessary to transition to SAP S/4HANA. This upgrade aims to create a future-proof architecture by reducing the number, variety, and complexity of SAP applications. The new architecture will be aligned with the core processes of vehicle and infrastructure maintenance, which are to be harmonized.The Senior Developer will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and testing of SAP systems, particularly in the areas of FI-ORG, FI-AP, FI-COL, FI-DIS, FI-CM, and FI-AR.Services Required:• Implementation Customization: - Implement and customize technical components in applications based on the technologies used, including associated interfaces, modules, and corresponding databases, adhering to the client's standards (e.g., use of standardized development environments and programming guidelines).- Correct errors identified during test phases in the applications/components.• Documentation:- Document technical components thoroughly.- Create system documentation and delivery packages for the relevant applications.• Test Management:- Lead test management activities, ensuring all technical components meet the required standards.- Participate in project workshops, requiring occasional onsite presence in Frankfurt am Main or Berlin (approximately 2-5 days per month).Technical Requirements:At least 5 years of practical experience in the following areas (must be documented in the CV):
Conception, implementation, and test management in the areas of SAP S/4HANA FI-ORG, FI-AP, FI-COL, FI-DIS, FI-CM, and FI-AR.
Methodological competence in modeling and process models.
Experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM, SaFe, etc.
Proven experience in project management with certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, equivalent to level B2.
• Desirable Skills:Practical experience in conception, implementation, and test management in the area of SAP S/4HANA FIN-FSCM (especially COL, CR, and DM).
