Our Graduate Program offers you a unique experience in a global investment bank.You will join a diverse and dynamic team that will provide you with learning and development opportunities in an international environment to grow both professionally and personally.What you will be doingAs a Santander CIB Graduate, you will be involved in transactions that make the front page of international media, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the bank's capabilities, as well as exposure to our senior leadership team.
The main tasks will be supporting the day-to-day business.
This would include:Marketing analysis/preparation (together with relevant product teams)Business case analysisDeal structuringClient coverageValuation and financial modellingOpportunity pitchingCredit application compilation and submissionLegal documentationClient on-boarding and income verificationLiaising and coordinating our client activities with various geographies and product areasYou will be combining this practical experience with demanding training on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your all-round development during the program.
