WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a IT&OPs; Operations Manager, you will ensure the end-to-end operational activities to complete the investment cycle until the NAV is published.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Global ITOP operational strategy for mutual funds.Coordination of Middle and Back Office teams in their daily processes.Internal governance model management with all local units in order to monitor issues, support and add value to local units along with Santander Bank.Global model definition to be implemented locally and its follow up, policies and process definition.Financial and Planning: Coordination and consolidation of the budgeting process, elaborating and control of global budget along with the rest of the units for the operational part.Providers and contracts management: oversight and governance model with the providers definition, implementation and follow up. EXPERIENCE Proven management abilities to lead a team at Global level.Good knowledge of capital markets and financial products. EDUCATION University degree in Economics, Engineering, Physics or Maths. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.Proactive, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.Confidence to lead large projects.Talent development, trust ensuring, complex operations management, action oriented, planning and organization, teamwork.
Controls the daily workflow of the back office operations and oversees that platforms are working in a desirable way.
Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure on-time delivery of the different operations and processes.
Ensures accurate services' dimensioning and planning.
Helps with specific operation-support related inquiries and reaches out to other departments when needed.
