Here you'll give new impetus to our Salesforce Europe Technical Consulting group.
That's how you'll make a difference: Seeing the big picture as well as the detail, you'll elaborate business solution requirements and translate them into technical designs.You'll not only drive and participate in technical analysis and the preparation of prototypes but also configure the Salesforce solution and support the system integration phase as part of a global team.In this highly collaborative role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders at our clients.Last but not least, you'll participate actively in the continuous improvement process, share knowledge, and best practices.Qualifications: Greenfield implementation for a multi-geography user base - UK, US, Europe.Detail knowhow in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).Detail knowhow in Salesforce Industries Finance for insurance (was Vlocity).Experience guiding development teams on object-oriented development, modular code, and guiding on high-performance Salesforce development.Development pipeline experience - Copado preferred.Experience defining development standards.Non-Functional knowhow would be a plus in Salesforce (encryption setup, backup/recovery, pipeline creation, etc.).Insurance background would be a plus but must have FS background.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
