As a Salesforce Senior Platform Technical Architect, you lead the Salesforce Platform in a complex enterprise landscape, under the umbrella of the CoE. You serve as the main guardian of the Salesforce Platform status quo, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform knowledge, HLS industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of Sanofi CHC business to deliver return on investment.
Main responsibilities Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.Review technical designs and recommend improvements.Own the design of Salesforce Platform Quality of Life changes.Work with the release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes.Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined by the PO for each User story.Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure functional and technical documentation is up to date.Groom and refine the Salesforce platform backlog, in liaison with CoE and Program roadmap. Collaborative project and workstream planning.About you Experience At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
