In this global role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to streamline and scale our business processes across multiple areas. If you're passionate about using Salesforce Core Clouds to drive efficiency and user engagement, we want to hear from you!MAIN PURPOSEFocusing on Salesforce Core Clouds, you'll work closely with stakeholders to optimize and scale our business processes, leveraging platforms such as Sales, Service, RLM, and Experience Cloud. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring best practices, implementing scalable solutions, and empowering users to maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization.Location: Valencia, Gothenburg, or remoteOffice Policy: 4+1 remote work policyJob Type: Full-timePlease note that only CVs submitted in English will be reviewedMain responsibilitiesStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.Solution Design: Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.Process Improvement: Analyze current processes (AS IS) and design optimized future processes (TO BE) to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.Testing & Deployment: Oversee UAT and post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation of changes and updates.Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Salesforce effectively.Project Leadership: Act as a project coordinator or lead for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.RequirementsUniversity degree (Business or engineering)5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Core Clouds.Experience in Sales, Services, Experience Cloud, CPQ, RLM, and Marketing Clouds is a plus.Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Sales Certified is a plus.Proactive approach to optimize Salesforce Strategy.Experience collaborating with all business operations in an international setting.Analytical and highly technically focused.Adaptive, collaborative, professional, and loves working in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself and your processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1).What We OfferOpportunity to work in a leading global organization in healthcare and genetic services.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Medical insurance.Flexible compensation options.Free coffee at the workplace.Discounts on our platform and gym memberships.Job stability in a growing and innovative company.The interview will be conducted in English.We look forward to receiving your application!Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services.
