Omega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce QA Tester.As a member of the QA team at Omega, your main responsibilities may include:Creation of test cases based on the analysis of documentation or business requirements, defining the results precisely without entering into ambiguities.Execution of test cases based on their design with a degree of quality and efficiency.Reporting errors by attaching all information clearly so that the developer has no doubts when resolving them.Basic knowledge in software development.Generating a progress report of tasks or areas of responsibility.Mastery of the use of established QA tools for the project/service.Acquiring and consolidating functional knowledge of the assigned project.Reporting on results.Detecting and communicating risks and/or problems that arise in tasks.
Supporting individuals with less experience.Building automated scripts for basic, low-complexity test cases.Monitoring resolved incidents and defects to verify their correction.RequirementsMinimum 2 years in a similar role.Knowledge of/experience with test management tools.
Azure DevOps is a plus.Knowledge in Salesforce ecosystem.Good communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge/experience in defect management tool (Jira).English level C1 or higher.ISTQB certification.What do we offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
