THE POSITION Tasks and Responsibilities: Create and maintain documentation for systems, including review and improvement of policy and processes relating to system lead responsibilities. Own the overall SFDC Org health by monitoring data management, backups/archives, license utilization, and similar. Help other SFDC team members with knowledge around platform administration topics, such as licensing, data limits, and company standards (SOPs, compliance, etc.). User and Permission Management: including approval of new technical accounts on the platform, and management of profiles along with definition and creation of permissions sets. License Management: Including owning new license demands, periodic license reviews, and cost optimization. Reviewing and handling compliance and GxP related tasks (e.g. change control, periodic reviews, etc.). Own and improve overall platform processes, such as technical requests, catalogue items, licenses, release management, and similar. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a comparable professional experience. Experience of managing system lifecycles, documentation, and processes. Experience in working in a technical team and familiarity with SFDC administration topics is a plus. Experience working in an international and intercultural environment. Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders, collaborative, and diligent teamwork, eager to help others achieve their goals, customer-oriented.
