The role is pivotal in driving digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimal inbox placement and deliverability, and enhancing engagement through expertly crafted marketing journeys. This position works closely with colleagues to improve email marketing conversion, adhere and advocate for email marketing best practices, along with marketing cloud administration and implementation for customer's Marketing roadmap.


What you will do Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Assist in the maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS. Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes. Configure data import. Work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log). Write basic SQL, including join statements. Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using various scripting languages (HTML, Server-Side JavaScript, AMPscript). Build Marketing Cloud web experience, data forms, custom preference, subscription pages. Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API. Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration activities. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance. Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster continuous improvement of code quality. Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model). Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document technical requirements. Who are we looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required. Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio and Audience Builder. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs. Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments. Demonstrated ability to distil business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems. Strong knowledge of business modelling and process documentation. Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems. Ability to lead and facilitate technical requirements gathering and design sessions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce Certifications - Preferred
