Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
Main Duties:Investigate, create, and recommend innovative marketing automation and martech solutions.Conduct analysis on marketing automation and martech solution implementations.Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech solution implementations by choosing the most suitable platform.Implement infrastructure and functional cloud marketing architecture.Create policies for activating automated communications that map the customer's journey.Perform basic functional and specialized marketing tasks.Ensure that automated cloud communication activations are effectively utilized.Decide which processes are suitable and necessary to be executed in the cloud for implementing marketing automation solutions.Determine the assets and organization of automations that best fit the cloud implementation.Provide functional consulting services to ensure that automated communication processes run smoothly.Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to meet customer needs at various touchpoints.Implement the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions.Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.Document processes and track system performance metrics.Experience:Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Knowledge with Ampscript is a plus.Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).Knowledge to manage marketing projects.Additional Requirements:Advanced level of English.
