Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Main Duties: Support the definition of the Marketing Automation strategy.Campaign management and customization with the coordination of the rest of the team.Planning the different tasks involved in the launch of a communication and identifying the associated agents.Interlocution with the rest of the teams to perform tasks among the different users involved in the launching of a campaign.Follow-up of the launch to ensure the quality of the contact and the campaign in addition to the analysis of the results of the campaign.Ensure the promotional content quality.Validate the creativity of customer communication, making proposals for improvement.Experience: Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).Knowledge to manage marketing projects.Ability to leverage collaboration to produce well-crafted content.Advanced level of English.
