You will work across the full transformational journey including requirements gathering, technology selection and enablement, migration, and operationalization of the software.The Platform Enablement team delivers the following services:Front-end platform configurationNew client onboarding and transition to Managed Service team based on Merkle WoWYou will promote Salesforce, helping grow the practice within the business and work with other Principal Consultants to evolve our offering and deliverables.Life as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant at MerkleYou'll be the Senior Campaign Consultant on any new client campaign projects, offering support in the following remit:Migration and Implementation planning – plan the lift and shift of campaigns from one tool to another, working with the client's project team to capture, document and translate requirements to applicable tasksCampaign design – use existing and develop new campaign briefs, journeys, diagrams, and campaign lifecycle documentation for both peers/colleagues and clientsData design – display excellent understanding of the client's data requirements and availability to support campaign execution during workshops, meetings, and daily activitiesCampaign operations stage gate – encourage best practice campaign process adoption including campaign RACI and ways of working (WoWs)Campaign execution – independently build, test, QA, deliver, measure campaigns, sometimes across multiple client accountsGovernance and control – lead on QA, testing, proofing, and peer review tasksTrain – buddying, desk-side support, custom campaign training, technical skills assessment, and benchmarkingBest practice consultancy – stay on top of industry news, optimization techniques, controls, measurement, DPA and privacy, GDPRWhat we are looking for in youAt least 5 years of experience manipulating, segmenting, selecting data, and activating customers through Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience leading migration projects from start to finishExperience in assessing client requirements, providing recommendations, and estimating the cost of deliveryExperience with relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting toolsGood team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and flexiblyPrevious experience in managing a small campaign team is desirableA few of the benefitsAttractive and competitive salary.Free life and health insurance.Career development through Merkle University and LinkedIn Learning.Day off on your birthdayReduced fee in AndjoyFlexible salary remuneration scheme.Additional InformationDentsu is an equal opportunity employer.
