THE JOB We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation lead to be part of our CRM product team and drive the implementation of Salesforce CRM across various brands and divisions of Mars Petcare.
As the implementation lead of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in defining, developing, and rolling out our customer engagement platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bring in deep experience and technical implementation of Salesforce CRM and join our innovative team.
What are we looking for? A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects. MUST HAVE Highly proficient with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Component, Flow, REST API. Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM. Salesforce.Com Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platform experience as an admin, architect, project/program, product manager, or BSA. Salesforce implementation experience leveraging Salesforce Flow, Omni Studio, Object Framework, Data Integrations, Security Framework, and Lightning Web Components. Previous hands-on experience with languages such as Java, AMPscript, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance. NICE TO HAVES Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications. Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce Cloud products. Knowledge of marketing automation best practices. Previous experience in leading CRM Marketing initiatives. Experience in CDP solutions such as Salesforce CDP, Hightouch, or Treasure Data. What will be your key responsibilities? Work closely with the product team lead and the Product Owner of CRM to drive the rollout across our customer engagement platforms. Identify feature requirements, outline the team's technical vision, and convert these elements into a comprehensive backlog for the development team. Engage in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmap and architectural strategy.
