DENV serves as Daikin's sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa.
Our IT Center EMEA consists of three departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD), and IT Infrastructure (RUN).
The IT Development department in Madrid comprises 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team.
We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues across Europe & the Middle East.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Consultant who is motivated, innovative, and eager to learn.
Main Functions/Responsibilities: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, particularly in Community, Field Service, Scheduling, Maintenance Contracts, and analytics tools.
Demonstrate experience in planning, organizing, and conducting development projects in a dynamic environment.
Instill best practices for development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.
Communicate with business stakeholders to understand processes and propose solutions that benefit all affiliates.
Coordinate collaboration with other departments and subcontractors, working closely with engineers to develop optimal technical designs.
Interview and collaborate with various business departments to identify IT needs.
Prepare budgets for the design and execution of IT solutions.
Ensure harmony between technical and business components of projects to meet enterprise needs.
Profile Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy.
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with experience as a Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications.
Hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and test class definitions.
Knowledge of CRM tools and SAP integration is a plus.
Main Skills Needed: Strong analytical skills.
Time management and organizational skills to deliver projects on time.
Good communication skills.
High level of English is mandatory.
