DENV serves as Daikin's sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Our IT Center EMEA consists of three departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD), and IT Infrastructure (RUN).
You will be part of the IT Development department in Madrid, which consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team.
We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues across Europe & the Middle East.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Consultant.

Our new colleague must be a strong presenter and facilitator of business solutions, responsible for obtaining user acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision.
Main Functions / Responsibilities: Instil best practices for development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules. Communicate with business stakeholders, understand processes, and propose effective global solutions for all affiliates. Coordinate collaboration with other departments and subcontractors; work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Interview and collaborate with various business departments to identify IT needs. Develop distributed system architecture and system integration. Prepare budgets for the design and execution of IT solutions. Ensure harmony between technical and business components of the project to meet enterprise needs. Profile Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies in Project Management is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with experience as a Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.Com CRM Applications. Knowledge in Field service and Interface (web-service, relay server) is ideal. Hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and test class definition is required. Thorough understanding of configuration options is necessary. Knowledge of CRM tools and SAP integration is a plus. Main Skills Required: Strong analytical skills. Time management and organizational skills to deliver projects on time. Good communication skills. High level of English is mandatory. What We Offer:
