Your Key Responsibilities Platform Customization and Configuration: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform to tailor it to company-specific needs, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows to streamline business processes and enhance user experience. System Integration and Data Management: Expertly integrate Salesforce with various external systems and applications. Manage data migration, maintain data quality, and ensure data security across the platform. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that solve complex business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal platform usage and troubleshoot any issues that arise. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have Computer science degree or equivalent. 3-4 years of experience working in Salesforce. Knowledge of Salesforce integration, including REST API and Metadata API. Hands-on experience with SFDC SF Apex, Java/JavaScript, Visual Force, LWC, Aura Components, and Lightning Components. Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
