Reporting line: Business Intelligence Officer Roles and responsibilities: IT Functional support Business requirements collection, design and development of Salesforce new functionalities and maintenance of current ones Business processes automation definition Maintenance of data integrations between other SF, SAP and BI tools Definition of reports and dashboards Management of active directory and other issues with IT and group security team Direct access to all SES Sales CRM and responsibility for data integration and homogenization What do we offer?
Work in a new and advanced business Work in a multicultural environment Visibility of what Suez does around the world Good working environment WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Profile (experience & skills): Bachelor's Degree or other technical studies (Master in Business Intelligence or similar will be valued) + 3 years of experience related to CRM management projects Proven technical background around commercial processes: Salesforce parametrization Management of Business Intelligence tools (Such as: Einstein, Power BI) Data reporting & Dashboards User & Security Tool management Data integration with other business tools (SAP, BI) (Knowledge of these tools will be valued) Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken French is highly valued (Basic level recommended) Data analysis skills, expert use of Excel Acquainted with the use of collaborative tools, i.E.
