We're seeking a Salesforce Consultant to act as the Subject Matter Expert for our Salesforce platform, supporting enhancements, resolving incidents, and driving impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, ensuring effective support and enhancements.Oversee and resolve application issues and incident tickets with a focus on delivering timely solutions.Deliver best practice solutions for functional changes using Salesforce configuration or development.Conduct technical analysis for application issues and change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate on projects within your area of expertise, including customer care solutions and customer communication management.Required Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience with Salesforce in client management, with a focus on customer care solutions.A minimum of two Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator.
