You will analyze the needs of your internal customers, translate them into requirements to be developed into the CRM and ensure these requirements are effectively, efficiently and timely implemented.You will engage with key business stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to define, implement and deliver business requirements and improvements.You will gather business requirements including design and management of business process flows and user stories.You will be interacting on a daily basis with internal business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.You will be working on a daily basis with Sales cloud, Services cloud and Community.You will be part of the CRM team, working in collaboration with other Alpega teams as well as autonomously on your own projects.You will receive a complete onboarding to our system, procedures and company structure.WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOUMinimum 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience.Bachelor degree, ideally in a related field (not mandatory).A good understanding of the main concepts of Salesforce (data and security management, user management, process automation tools, build and manage reports for data analysis, etc.).English is our work language, so being fluent is a must .Any other European languages is a plus.Salesforce Admin certification is a plus (but not mandatory).Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.Availability to travel is required (once a quarter).You will be tested in these competences throughout your selection process.WHAT WE OFFER YOUYou get a permanent contract, with legal benefits focused on your well-being, work flexibility and health.Work Flexibility: there are no mandatory days to come to the office, minimum 1 day a week in the office.We offer you a home office allowance, included in your net salary.Gaining experience in the supply chain and logistics, with a dynamic business growth and agile way of working.An international working environment, with over 40 nationalities in the Alpega Team.You will be able to impact the future of sustainability in the transportation industry, both for our clients and as well with our internal initiatives.Please, share your resume in English.Learn more about Life at Alpega:https://www.Linkedin
